About Bedrock Books

Bedrock Books (A.B.N. 86 970 997 011) is a Queensland owned and family operated company. We are Educational Distributors and Wholesalers specialising in Interactive Software, Blackline Masters, Teachers Resources, Student Workbooks and Library books. We also supply schools and parents with their Back to School requirements which includes stationary and text books for the following year. We also offer to teachers, schools and parents a large selection of quality teaching and learning materials. The range of products that we stock is constantly being added to.

Can`t make it to our shop?

We currently have two reps, Allan (Central and South West Qld and Northern NSW) and Marie (Gold Coast, Brisbane South and Metropolitian) who travel to schools with a range of blackline masters, workbooks, teacher resources and library books.  Call us to find out when Allan or Marie will be in your area and organise a free display at your school.

You can also organise with Allan to have a free Numero workshop (Schools within Southeast Queensland) that teaches students and teachers how to play this educational card game. Numero teaches strategic thinking, mental computation, autonomous learning and the understanding of mathematical concepts to students who not only require extra help, but to students who require a challenge.

Postage and Handling Charges

Orders are sent to you by Australia Post, but, for larger school items we will use a courier or freight company. Postage and Freight charges WILL NOT be included in the price of the product purchased but will be determined after placing your order or you can contact us about the freight cost prior to placing an order. PLEASE NOTE: All Overseas orders will attract an extra handling fee of $30.

Issues With Delivery or Goods Damaged in Transit

Where there is an issue with delivery, Bedrock Books MUST BE NOTIFIED of any such issues as soon as the customer becomes aware. Bedrock Books will not be made liable for non-delivery or damaged items if we are NOT notified within 14 days from the day your order is dispatched.

Returns

In certain cases you can exchange or return your purchase. THIS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Exchanged or returned products must be in its original condition with original packaging.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES, IF APPLICABLE, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

Refunds

You will be notified via email or telephone of your refund once we receive and process the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

Availability

Bedrock Books, will endeavour to have all items featured on our website in stock, however this may not always be possible. In this case your item will be placed on backorder and mailed out to you when it is available.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, Bedrock Books shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders, placed for products listed at the incorrect price or if the product is no longer available. Bedrock Books shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Bedrock Books will issue a credit to your credit card account for the total amount of the charge.

Secure Shopping

When making your purchases on our secure server your payment information such as credit card details are encrypted and protected using 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). The secure transmission of information is indicated by the appearance of the locked padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser when on the payment page. Only Bedrock Books employees who need to perform billing administration are granted access to credit card details. In the unlikely event that your card is subject to fraudulent charges, remember to immediately notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
